DAVID PETERSON
Dave is one of the founders and currently Chairman of The North Highland Company. Prior to stepping down as Company CEO in 2005, he led North Highland for 13 years during a period of rapid growth and US office expansion.
Dave has nearly 40 years of business experience primarily in supply chain strategy and operations. He previously held management positions with Ernst and Young, Georgia-Pacific Corporation and Arthur Andersen & Co.
He serves on a number of boards of directors including the public company Delta Apparel (DLA). He currently chairs the Board of Trustees for non-profit Literacy Action, Inc, and is active on other education and arts and culture boards.
Dave holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida. He is a frequent speaker on improving customer service across industry value chains.

REAR ADMIRAL MARSHA J. EVANS
During Marty's nearly 30-year career with the Navy, she distinguished herself as one of only a handful of women to reach the rank of rear admiral, and gained a reputation for forging new ground for women in the military. Her command assignments included Treasure Island Naval Station (San Francisco), Navy Recruiting, the George C. Marshall Center (Garmisch, Germany) and the Naval Postgraduate School.
After retiring from the Navy, Marty assumed leadership of Girl Scouts of the USA, the world's largest organization representing girls, where she modernized the 90-year-old organization's vision and programs. She then became the 13th President and Chief Executive Officer of the American Red Cross, the largest and one of the nation's most distinguished humanitarian aid organizations, with an annual operating budget of over $4 billion. In 2009 Marty was the Acting Commissioner of the Ladies Professional Golf Association.
Marty was a 1979-80 White House Fellow and received the 2002 John W. Gardner Legacy of Leadership Award and The Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt Institute's Four Freedoms Award. In addition to the North Highland Company, Marty is also a director of Office Depot and Weight Watchers International. Today she serves as a director of the First Tee in addition to speaking to business and community audiences on leadership and diversity issues.

Robert L. Guido
Bob served as Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Ernst & Young's Assurance and Advisory Practice. In these positions, he was responsible for overall business strategy and had significant dealings with both the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) on behalf of the firm. During his 38-year career at Ernst & Young, Bob also co-chaired the firm’s Global Client Steering Committee and served as a senior advisory or engagement partner to numerous global companies.
Bob has been an Independent Director of Bally Technologies, Inc., since December 1, 2006 and of Commercial Metals Co. since April 17, 2007. He currently serves as Member of the Board of Trustee of Siena College and is actively involved with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region in Albany, NY.

FRANK M. MULLER JR.
Frank is Chairman of the Board of Topaz Technologies, Inc. He is also President of Toby Enterprises, specializing in high tech acquisitions and turnarounds.
From 1989 to 2001, Frank was Senior Vice President of The Coastal Corporation. This Fortune 50 energy company was responsible for multimillion dollar acquisitions and joint ventures in new growth market targets of opportunity worldwide. From 1984 to 1989 he was general manager of The Kensington Company, Ltd. Prior to that he was President and 50% owner of Devco Overseas Company. This project development company specialized in petrochemical and fertilizer joint venture proposals in Dubai, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Togo, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Thailand, Mexico, and Egypt. Prior to this position, he was SVP international of the Williams companies and after the military he joined PEPSICO in their international operations'
After graduating from Texas A & M University, Frank served in the U.S. Army from 1965 to 1973. He received an MBA and his last assignment was teaching leadership at West Point.

DANIEL REARDON
Dan is CEO of North Highland. Prior to being named CEO, he served as President and COO, and as a Vice President heading the company's Process, Strategy, and Enterprise Customer Relationship Management service areas. Dan has more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, merger integration, organizational change, and operations management. He joined North Highland when there were only 25 employees in one city and has been highly instrumental in the growth of the company.
Dan is also CEO of Highland Worldwide, the international arm of North Highland that employs more than 1,200 consultants outside the United States. In addition, he is Chairman of Sparks Grove, a North Highland sister company that specializes in Marketing Strategy and Implementation around the customer experience for Fortune 100 companies.
Prior to joining North Highland in 1997, Dan was Director of the Southeast Organizational Change Practice for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in Atlanta. He also spent two years in London helping Andersen start its consulting practice there. During a leave of absence from Andersen, Dan was Operations Manager for a printing company in Northern Ireland.
Dan is also a board member of the Alliance Theater, a Steering Committee member of the Atlanta Regional Arts Task Force, and a member of Business Executives for National Security and Rotary Club International. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a Certified Public Accountant.

CHRISTOPHER H. SHAYS
As a member of the United States House of Representatives for 21 years, reform advocate Christopher Shays earned wide respect for his bipartisan work and leadership positions in areas ranging from finance and health care to energy and national security.
Christopher was vice chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and the chairman of its National Security and Foreign Affairs Subcommittee. He also served as a senior member on the Financial Services and Homeland Security committees. He was particularly active on the Capital Markets and Intelligence subcommittees.
Prior to his service in the U.S. Congress, Christopher served 13 years in the Connecticut House of Representatives and volunteered in the Peace Corps. He holds an undergraduate degree from Principia College and an MBA and MPA from New York University.
After leaving Congress he co-chaired the Commission on Wartime Contracting charged with examining contract failures in Iraq and Afghanistan and recommending reforms. Christopher served on the board of directors of CIT, the board of trustees of The Campaign Legal Center and was a commissioner for UNESCO.
Christopher is now a candidate for the United States Senate for Connecticut and spending full time in this endeavor.

NICK SHREIBER
Nick is an international executive with more than 30 years of senior leadership experience in both line management and management consulting. As CEO of Nick Shreiber & Associates, LLC, he advises business leaders on issues of strategy, organization and operations, and coaches mid- and senior-level executives to help them maximize their potential as leaders.
Prior to starting his own company, Nick spent 18 years with the Tetra Pak Group and held international executive positions including responsibility for North and South America, as well as being Group President and CEO from 2000 to 2005. Previously, Nick was a partner with McKinsey & Co., where he spent eight years with engagement responsibility for major clients in Europe and Latin America in diverse industrial and service sectors.
Nick serves on the Board of The Campbell Soup Company, as well as on boards and advisory councils for non-profit organizations in the U.S. and Russia. He is an international speaker on a wide variety of leadership topics, and became a Merryck Mentor in 2012.
As advocates and champions of higher education, he and his wife fund "Shreiber Scholarships" at universities in the U.S. and Argentina.

MICHAEL W. TRAPP
Mike worked for Ernst & Young throughout his career, joining them after graduation from St. Louis University in 1962. He also served in the army reserves (armor) from 1960 to 1966.
During his career Mike worked in St. Louis, Cleveland, Ohio, and Oklahoma City prior to moving in 1976 to Atlanta, where he was the office Managing Partner. He was the Southeast Area Managing Partner for E&Y from 1993 until his retirement in 2000.
Mike is currently serving on the board of directors and as chairman of the audit committee of two public companies: The Ann Taylor Stores Corporation and Global Payments Inc.
