North Highland Company Names New Vice President

North Highland announces the promotion of Rob Szumowski to Vice President of the Tallahassee office, effective April 2007.

Szumowski has 28 years of systems integration experience, including 15 years of information and organizational strategic planning, process and business case analysis, and systems integration for state and local governments.  His experience includes leadership and management of multi-disciplined technical teams, strategic planning and facilitation, business process analysis, requirements analysis and definition, business case analysis and justification based on cost and revenue modeling, feasibility studies, product and vendor selection, subcontractor management, systems delivery, acceptance and performance testing, training, and support.  Prior to joining North Highland, Szumowski lead the growth of government services for Bearing Point and Unisys.

North Highland has doubled the size of their Tallahassee-based team in the last year, focused on supporting Florida State Government agencies.  "Rob and his team work hard to become trusted advisors to his clients," said Dan Reardon, CEO of North Highland.  "We are extremely proud to have him on our executive team."

A 10 year Tallahassee resident, Szumowski holds a Master of Science Degree in Management of Information Systems from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from Penn State University.
