As clients in the region increased requests for support, North Highland expanded its presence in the Midwest U.S. by opening an office in St. Louis in 2010. Consultants in our St. Louis office have worked with companies in the financial services, telecom and healthcare sectors, as well as with state government institutions. Our St. Louis team provides North Highland’s well-known independent approach to consulting, along with expertise in business process improvement, human capital and business intelligence.

Vice President and Local Office Leader

Carrie has extensive experience in financial services, working with multiple national and international financial services companies. Her experience spans retail banking, card services, mortgage, automotive finance and wealth management. She has a broad range of experience helping organizations grow their business while achieving positive operating leverage through improved marketing, business intelligence, customer segmentation, business transformation and process improvement. Prior to joining North Highland, Carrie worked for Experian Credit Services, managed the Visa relationship for Bank of America, and while at Ernst & Young focused on new product implementations and process improvement.
