North Highland expanded in 2009 to San Francisco in order to more strategically support our clients' growth in this regional center for finance, high tech, retail, and transportation. Our San Francisco office, along with rapidly growing offices in Los Angeles and Sacramento, provides total support across the critical California market and the doorway to the Pacific region.

Bob Lamont

Vice President and Local Office Leader

Bob has over 20 years of experience in both industry and consulting. He has extensive experience in the media and entertainment, financial services, and hospitality industries, with expertise in the areas of sales and marketing strategies, organizational change management, and customer care solutions. Prior to joining North Highland, Bob was with james martin + company and has worked for software companies in the point of sale and enterprise program management industries.

Mike Cleland

Vice President

Mike has over 25 years of experience in management consulting and the Hi-Tech industry. He has supported Fortune 500 companies in the Hi-Tech, Consumer Products and Life Sciences sectors. Mike has demonstrated producing improved results through business transformation. His areas of specialty are operational strategy, business process improvement, organizational effectiveness, sales effectiveness, complex IT management and merger integration. Before joining North Highland, Mike was with Capgemini and Ernst & Young.
