Our Philadelphia office was created in 2003 by a team of consulting professionals looking for a better way to deliver business consulting services. Our office has grown significantly, and we are now one of the leading business and technology consulting firms in the region. We work in a number of industries, with a significant focus on life sciences, financial services, and cable/telecommunications.

Leadership

Craig Sanders

Vice President and Local Office Leader

Craig was instrumental in starting up North Highland's Philadelphia office. He brings hands-on experience in merger integration, performance management, process improvement and controls, business intelligence, and package implementation. Prior to joining North Highland, Craig was a senior manager in Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting organization and a manager on the internal audit staff at Union Pacific Corporation.

Steve Haymon

Vice President

Steve has more than 25 years of experience in combining strategy, process, organizational, and technology changes to improve operational effectiveness. In both industry and consulting settings, he has helped Fortune 500, mid-market, and start-up organizations drive real value from their IT investment. Prior to joining North Highland, Steve headed regional consulting operations for Breakaway Solutions and Cambridge Technology Partners, and worked in the media & communications and chemical industries.

Michael Keenan

Vice President

Mike's consulting experience focuses on change management, organization design and development, program/project management, and process improvement. He has spent a significant part of his career serving clients in both the pharmaceutical industry and financial services industry. Prior to joining North Highland, Mike was the Managing Director of a boutique management consulting firm, following a successful consulting career with Accenture.

Jonathan Stomberger

Vice President

Jonathan‘s expertise is in helping his clients achieve sustainable results in addressing complex change (organizational, process or technology-oriented) and helping drive financial and process improvement/savings during times of dynamic change. His experience across 22 years of Philadelphia-based consulting includes senior leadership positions with LECG, Inc., Arthur Andersen LLP and Andersen Consulting.

Chris Wilhelm

Vice President

Chris has over 15 years of consulting experience with a specialty in marketing strategy and analytics, business intelligence, and enterprise performance management. His industries of focus include cable & telecommunications, electric/ gas utilities, and CPCs and he enjoys nothing more than working tirelessly with his clients to change their businesses for the better. Before joining North Highland ten years ago (and working to establish the company’s presence in Philadelphia), Chris spent five years with Andersen’s Business Consulting practice and three years with the Hay Group, Inc.
