We’ve grown to a team of over 115 and have become the company's second-largest office. Jim has over 20 years of retail industry and management consulting experience. He has advised Fortune 100 companies in strategic planning, process improvement, merchandising and assortment planning, budgeting and forecasting, store operations, and product development. He also has skills in business program management, IT project management, business systems analysis, and organizational change management. Jim has made measurable contributions to clients in areas such as revenue growth, margins enhancement, cost reduction, and improved customer experiences.

Navid Ahdieh is a leader in North Highland’s Financial Services practice, advising clients within retirement, wealth management and treasury management businesses. His areas of expertise include merger integration, business strategy, platform consolidation, off-shoring / outsourcing, operational efficiency and management of complex initiatives. Navid leads North Highland’s community involvement partnership with Levine Children’s Hospital and serves on the Board of the Children’s Theatre of Charlotte. Prior to joining North Highland in 2004, he was a manager with Accenture.

Keith has more than 15 years of experience in consulting and information technology in the financial services industry. His areas of expertise include e-Commerce channel strategy, merger integration, and enterprise applications. Prior to joining North Highland in 2003, Keith was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America and a Manager in Accenture's Process practice area.
- Daniel Durham

Daniel Durham is a leader within North Highland’s Financial Services International Network and also serves as the Strategy and Marketing service area lead in the Charlotte office. His financial services expertise spans retail banking, mortgage, and wealth management, and he has a broad range of experience in helping financial services clients with new product development, marketing strategy and execution, merger integration, business process transformation, and large program/project management. Prior to joining North Highland, Daniel worked for Andersen Consulting, March First Consulting, and Bank of America, in addition to operating his own consulting company.

Tim has more than 18 years of experience in consulting and information technology. His areas of expertise include IT strategy and process, application development, and sales management in industries as diverse as retail, financial services, and energy. He previously worked as a Senior Manager with Accenture and co-founded Marshall Consulting, an IT services firm. Active in the Charlotte community for over 10 years, he chairs the System Committee of the Charlotte Chamber's Information Technology council and the Marketing Committee of the Council for Children.

Lia has extensive experience in enterprise performance management, customer-focused process improvement, e-commerce, and large-scale technology implementations in the retail, financial services and telecommunications industries. She also leads the diversity initiatives and group for the Charlotte office. Prior to joining North Highland in 2004, Lia was a manager for Accenture in their process practice supporting the financial services and telecommunications industries.

Margie has more than 25 years of management consulting experience with a focus on driving large-scale change for Fortune 100 clients in various industries, including retail, consumer products, and financial services. She has advised senior executives (C-Level and their management teams) in strategic planning, transformational change, process improvement, organization transformation, and complex program management and has helped teams execute complex transformational change, coaching team leaders and members on how to achieve program objectives while being sensitive to employee welfare.
- Tom Lanphear

Tom Lanphear joined North Highland following ten years with IBM as Client Executive focused on Global Treasury Services, Global Corporate and Investment Bank and Global Wealth and Investment Management of Bank of America. Prior to that, Tom spent twenty years with Citigroup in Product and Sales related roles including Global Product Head working in each of the five geographic regions of the world in development of new business markets and adapting products to changing environments.
